Lovely loft, beautifully decorated with lots of personal touches like a welcoming note, biscuits to enjoy, tea, coffee and milk and a sweet surprise on the bed. Lotion, shampoo ,shower gel and shower caps in the bathroom. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and she really thought about every possible need.
