This is a 200 year old original Cape Dutch farmhouse with stone floors and high ceilings, authenticity is incredible! Every detail takes the visitor to a time gone by. It’s also a very busy working farm and a privilege to stay here. It’s our second visit and we stayed 4 nights on this occasion. We left reluctantly this morning, wanting more. It’s very convenient to visit Cape Town and the pretty town of Stellenbosch. Stellenbosch has some first class restaurants. We left the vineyard this morning with our bottles of wine and sparkling wine - so wonderful to enjoy the countryside where the grape is grown with such love, and care.
