the location is beautiful and very peaceful. despite the snow storm underberg had over the weekend, the accommodation was very good in providing where they fall short, such as no electricity and water. There was atleast 1 light working in the cabin and they have a gas stove, when the water ran out the provided us with 5lts drinking water.

The facilities were amazing. Especially with older kids, it is great to be able to keep them entertained with archery and basketball. It was truly fun for the whole family.
I liked that the property is so kids friendly and has activities for them. I love that we really bonded as a family by going on hike which was challenging but fun.
The place is beautiful, and very child friendly, the kiddies activities were great. The staff was great especially a lady by Nomfundo Majozi and colleague was very helpful and was able to advise me well with the menus there by the pools.
There was another lady who was doing kiddies activities on Saturday she is very good with kids.
We went on a family holiday. The resort is set in a beautiful location. There is alot of fun activities for the kids and the pools are amazing. There are also a variety of restaurants to choose from.
The food overall was delicious. The staff very friendly. Beautiful location and looks like a lovely place for a family with small children. The size of the room was great and the bathroom had a lovely big shower.

Hotel room was very intimate and well catered for. The activities offered were fun and family orientated, my kids enjoyed tennis volleyball and swimming. There were other activities on site to enjoy.i
The activities were accommodating the whole family and the staff explain how everything works. But what need an improvement the mountain bikes can they accommodate kids. Can they have 1 or 2 children's sits installed so that the whole family can enjoy the ride at once. The breakfast was great 👍and also Dinner menus. I will definitely visit the place again.
All the activities available kept us busy. Went hiking in the reserve. Zip line and rope course was great. Horse riding was also fun. Glad some of the pot holes to the resort have been repaired. Pools and slides were a hit. Playgrounds for children in great condition. The prices and food at The Bistro were great. Only 2 of our family eat meat and their burgers looked amazing. The fish was also good.
