Leman, who manages the flat, is great and very easy to reach with WhatsApp. She is very helpful too ( she put us in touch with a good car rental company). Thank you so much Leman!! The flat is really nice and comfortable and also fairly big for a one-bed flat. Air con in both living-room and bedroom works really well. The bathroom is a bit small but the shower is very good and the water pressure and heat are great. There are a lot of cupboards in the kitchen and the fridge has a small freezer which is great for cooking. There is a washing machine and a terrace where the clothes can dry on an airer, very practical! The area is very safe and the flat is 3 minute wall from Kervenseray Beach. It is a nice beach with sun loungers and a bar (10TL per lounger). There is a small car park for the apartment building which is great when you rent a car (just let the neighbours know you are renting a flat for the holidays) or there is a big car park opposite the flat. The location is great as all places in TRNC are very accessible by car from the flat. If you like clubbing, one of the most popular clubs in TRNC is 5mn walk from the flat (but it's not really noisy!)
