June and staff were incredibly welcoming hosts, always eager to offer assistance and tips on what to see and do in the area, and often joining us guests in the shared space. While the rooms could use some minor upgrades, it doesn’t detract from the overall experience. The atmosphere, service, and amenities far outweigh this minor inconvenience. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy, and I look forward to seeing future improvements

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at the Tanoa Tusitala Hotel. Staff were so friendly, facilities were clean and the kids loved the pool. Buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend!

What was not to like? Tim is the consummate host. Thoughtful. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Humble. Accommodating. Funny! You will immediately feel at home. Comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Relaxing. Cosy. Tim and Maria also have the most lush garden and Upu kindly cut fresh flowers for us to use for Dad’s 70th. One of the easiest stays we have ever experienced. As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The proximity to my family home and the town centre was perfect. I checked in as I had a medical emergency and I needed to recuperate. I found the amenities to be exactly what I needed. Hot water available which was perfect for my respiratory issues. Mapusaga and her team are amazing and very welcoming! If we weren’t moving to be with family for a funeral, I would’ve stayed at Mapusaga’s the entire 2 weeks I am here. We actually extended my stay by an extra night 👍🏽
