excellent welcome and preoffesionalism. I felt safe at all times. I arrived at midnight alone at the airport, I sent a whatsapp message to the hotel who said a driver would pick me up in 10 minutes, they described the car and numberplate so I knew I was getting in the right one, the same guy who drove the car was also the receptionist! The next morning I needed some breakfast and I was directed to a lovely local kitchen for some Bun cha. I trusted the guy very much and he is a credit to the hotel! First night in Vietnam was a very good one!! I highly recommend staying here, don't bother getting a taxi by yourself in the middle of the night, take these guys up on their shuttle offer!

Great spot to layover near the airport. Whether you are arriving late, or leaving early….or for whatever reason you need a comfortable and clean place to stay only 10 minutes from the airport. Great staff, although they charge you extra if you want to check in early (before 2pm). The only slight issue out this way….not a lot of dining options. Mostly very local Pho joints. The Bossman (Hieu, I think) was super cool and ordered me a pizza to be delivered. They give you a free lift (or pickup) to (or from) the airport. Recommend
