We stayed in a private room at Phong Nha Cherish House. The room was super clean, the shower pressure was excellent with always available hot water. Nhi, the host, was so friendly and helpful and booked our onward travel to Hue. You can get motorbikes at the property and I highly recommend the family dinner.

We loved our homestay here! It started off really well—they picked us up at the bus station at 4am and checked us into the room so we could sleep. The room was comfortable and great value for money. The daughter of the host spoke English and her mom was ever-smiling!! They helped us arrange scooter rentals and made us a good breakfast each morning. We really liked that the daughter (sorry I’m not sure how to spell your name) always checks up on us to see how we enjoyed our day. When the air-con wasn’t working, she called the electrician and fixed it really quickly… thumbs up for that too. The homestay is in a quiet location by the river and we enjoyed having dinners at the Phong Nha Vegan Restaurant steps away. Overall, 100% recommended!!

The room is nice, good shower, comfy bed, the location by the river is great. You are close enough to town but far enough from town that it's quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and helpful. We rented a motorbike through them and it was great.

I liked everything. The room was big, clean and new. The bathroom was huge . The location is right in front of the mountains and the river. There is also a big pool to use. Everything was perfect. The hosts were the best: I had many problems to arrive and Phong nha and Xiem helped me all the way, even staying awake at around 4 am. So for me this was the best stay possible. I recommend everyone to come here

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were very helpful. They pick you up and drop you for free any time from your bus station. Food options are available and affordable within premises.
