Rare that front desk agents and housekeepers are this personable, unusually kind, and sincere. I had an amazing stay. My room was clean and tidy. On days that I didn't want cleaning, my room attendant always made sure I had towels and that trash was taken away. My room overlooked the pool and a beautiful tree coming into bloom. The area was quiet, just like I wanted, but easily accessible to the center of Hoi An in a 5 minute taxi ride. There were also convenience stores nearby that I could walk to or take one of the hotel's bikes.

The hotel is located on a side street which dead ends along the river meaning quiet and peaceful. As it is stated on the website, it only takes about 15 mns to walk to the old town and its bustling streets. The room was quite spacious and super clean. Plenty of clean towels were provided in the bathroom. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel even if for a single night. The staff is super friendly and accommodating for reasonable requests.

Hoa Vang Riverside Villa has been one of the nicest places we have stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are clean and come with all essential toiletries, great value for money and a close walking distance from main attractions. What made our stay so special is the staff who looked after us, they went above and beyond to help us and make our stay so special. Offering us recommendations on local restaurants and discount prices on activity’s, including transfers to and from the airport. While staying in Hoi An I needed to get stitches taken out and I asked for a recommendation of a hospital from the staff. I was told not to worry, and she will ring up and book me an appointment, the next day the staff organised for a nurse to come to the hotel to take my stitches out. My partner and myself have felt like part of the family and can not get over how kind and nice the staff treated us. 100% would recommend everyone to stay here if you are ever staying in Hoi An.
