I loved this location. Hoi An proper can be overwhelming, but this is close enough to Hoi An , but far enough away to get away from the crowds. A quick 30 second walk to the beach.

La ALBA was a great place to stay. It's very new and therefore doesn't have as many reviews as some of the other accommodation options in the area. But don't let the lack of reviews discourage you from booking a room at this lovely hotel. There are a lot of positive things to say about this property. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. In fact, whether in the bedroom or lobby area, it's easy to feel relaxed and at home here. The shower is powerful and has hot water. Shampoo and shower gel are included. There's a TV with Netflix, which I didn't use, but it's nice to have. And a decent-sized swimming pool. By the way, it's less than 5 minutes of walking to the beach and the beaches here are very good, in my opinion. Or you can go to Hoi An by scooter, bicycle or taxi. Grab taxi is a cheap and reliable option. Rose and the other members of staff are extremely friendly and always ready to be helpful. If you want to book tours or need assistance with transportation, it can be done here. Rose helped me arrange a car directly from the airport and can be easily contacted on WhatsApp. If I come back to this area again in future, I'll stay at La ALBA for sure. I prefer to stay here and visit Hoi An during the evening, but it's also nice to have dinner at one of the many restaurants in the village where the hotel is located. Everything. The room was huge, very clean and new looking and the owner had even stocked the fridge full of water for us, free of charge. There was also a lovely little pool to relax by if you wanted to and the beach was only a 2 minute walk away. We went down one morning to drop our laundry off and the owner gave us a plate of fresh fruit, also free of charge. On our final day we had a sleeper bus booked to Da Lat in the evening, we asked if it would be possible to check out late and the owner said we could leave whenever we wanted to, again completely free of charge. It was one of the best places we have stayed in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. Situated beautifully right in front of the beach and comfortably accommodating six individuals, this has to be one of the best properties in An Bang. All amenities were included as described, and the pool was cleaned daily. The host was exceptional, helping us with everything we needed, including laundry, transportation, and activities. I would like to thank her personally for everything. We are definitely planning to come back soon.
