The accommodation and the bar/lounge in the Inn were beautifully styled and felt very classy but also cosy and homely. Whether summer or winter the lodge is a great place to stay. The gardens were peaceful and cooling and very welcome for the hot days we were there. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed and very clean. Lovely little touches were appreciated and Katy was so helpful and charming and made our stay such a joy.

This place was really great! All the staff was so friendly, nice and helpful. Very family friendly, our kids had a great time. Location was perfect. Pool was great. Loved the valet service! The happy hour specials at the bar were wonderful. Our room was very homey. This was my best booking so far! Will definitely rebook!
Pretty much everything about the Coachman we liked. Free coffee & tea in the morning and all-day hot chocolate for the kids. S’more’s in the evening. Overall design of the hotel was great (bathroom soaps & shampoo were amazing as well) and it is very conveniently located between the lake and the village of South Lake Tahoe
The bed was super comfy. The entertainment was awesome. The food offered at basecamp was good as well as the beer. It is a fun environment with plenty to do. I would say that families with older children, couples and friends traveling in a group would really like Basecamp.
We were very impressed with the location which is very close to all of the facilities of ski run blvd, heavenly village, etc. We stayed in the 2 bed with a loft unit (number 510) which was fantastic! Loads of room, well stocked with all of the bits and bobs you need for a family vacation and cooking in the unit. The townhouse was nice and quite with only minimal sounds from hwy 50 and had a nice views (but not of the lake).
We were 3 families with 7 adults and 3 children. It was convenient for Lake Tahoe and had everything needed for us. A small heated pool, and everything was superbly simple and worked!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked with lots of things to make our stay more comfortable (like small travel size shampoos and soap, paper towels, foil, etc). The kitchen was full of everything we needed to prepare and serve a family meal. They also had lots of board games and other toys for the kids to play with. The sheets and towels were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the wifi was reliable. Thank you! Our family had a wonderful time!
