T staff was very nice. The room was large enough for 3 adults. The breakfast is very good. The parking (we rented a car for out of town activites) was an extra charge, is average for the location. The car was parked and retieved by tge valet, an extra convience. The hotle is one block from the Alasmo, and within walking distence of the San Antonio Riverwalk. A very good value for family traveling with children. There is a full kitchen, with a stove, a dishwasher, a full refridgerater, and cooking utensils.
It looks getto ugly not safe I want my money back a total refund I did not stay there the area people doing drugs not safe for children nor adults. They should closed this hotel.
The rooms were spacious and the extra living area made getting the baby down for bed incredibly easier. The reception time with complimentary snacks and drinks was lovely and unique. The staff was friendly and responsive. Food and breakfast couldn't have been better. We became an Embassy Suite family after this trip.

Very spacious and comfortable. It was in a great location near the zoo, children's museum and park which was great for us as we were visiting family nearby.
Very easy check in. Staff and receptionist was really polite and kind, rooms were very comfortable, the whole hotel was clean and well organized. My kids had a chance to swim in their pool. Pool was heated and towels were provided by the pool area. Breakfast was way more than what I expected, chefs kiss. Location is near everything and very convenient. Close to plenty of entertainment, restaurants and stores. Hotel by location and by staff made my family feel safe. Overall 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

The apartment was great, very clean and cozy, with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable living. A special gratitude for table games, my kids loved it❤️ The apartment is located 5 min away from the downtown, in a quiet safe neighborhood. If I ever decide to come back to San-Antonio I would definitely stay in this place, because it's just perfect for a family especially❤️
There are really bad, dirty the bathroom, the carpet the ac not work good smell bad , i am really not comfortable with the room…. Outside smell weed … it was really bad for family with kids…
