Breakfast hall was too crowded, difficult to walk to and from table especially for someone with a walker.

Sitting Santa blended in to his chair, and we thought he was barely awake.
Singing Santa was joyful and he sang songs we were not familiar with as well as ones the kids asked for. Great engagement with the children. All other staff were helpful and pleasant.
Everything at this resort was amazing! Family friendly, great hospitality, and exceptional location close to splash country and dollywood with Shuttle service to both parks. The staff, including the performers, were just amazing and very kind to all. We definitely will be returning in the near future to experience such a great time once again.
Absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The facility was nice, clean and exceptional for children! It by far exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was great and plenty to feed all 5 of my family with extra left over! The Miniture bowling was so fun even my two year old loved it!
The room and entire facility was very clean. We loved the onsite dining and all of the family friendly activities on site. Heated pool, bingo, trivia, arcade, duck pin bowling, etc. The staff was super accommodating and very helpful.
The property was clean, in a convenient location and the facilities were fun for a family with school aged children. planned activities were also included in our stay. Indoor and outdoor pools were open until 11pm.
Very family friendly with two young kids. Baby cot was made available in the room. Size of the room was good. Halloween decoration were very cute and made the reception area very cozy. The room was calm even so on the parking side. The kids had toys to play with. We really enjoyed our stay.
