By the far the best hotel experience my family and I have ever had. From pre arrival with Colleen being so helpful in helping us book our scenic float trip, on arrival being greeted by the super friendly doormen who helped us with our luggage and were always there to help us if there was anything we needed. Every single member of staff was faultless I cannot speak more highly of them. The rooms and hotel were decorated so thoughtfully, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location was superb. All in all could not recommend your hotel and staff more highly thank you

Jackson borders on National Parks, and that makes it a huge family destination. I appreciate the family friendliness of Cowboy Village. It was clean and big enough for amenities like a kitchen and seating area. The price was great (of course considering the location). The staff was amazing, as I forgot something very valuable to me, and had it shipped back to me. And of course, there’s the kid-friendly “cuteness” of staying in a cabin.
Beautiful Property close to everything. Quaint, clean, and comfortable cabins. Very delightful! We used the laundry facility and it was more than adequate for the 3-4 families that were using it that particular evening. I was very pleased.

We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and live music one night. We also liked that they had S’more kits available to be used at the fire stations in the courtyard at night. Very kid friendly.
Next to Catholic Church our Lady of Mountain. 3 beds for family of 4. Breakfast. Easy checkout, just dropped the key in a box without need to walk to reception area. Cozy fireplace at breakfast area. Heater in the toilet. Functional.
Great family base for exploring Jackson and the surrounding area. The kids enjoyed the hot pool and the location is great. Plenty of towels and toiletries provided, pls in-room coffee. The breakfast was a nice bonus too.
