As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The room was decent size for our family of 3. The location is ideal for anyone wanting or needing to be in downtown Hartford. The morning breakfast room was quite cozy and situated on the ground floor at the corner of the building with street front windows. Such a prime spot is not your typical morning coffee location, but very much appreciated. The old (style?) leather couches and chairs were a nice added touch.
I stayed at the hotel Hilton Hartford for one night. The access to the hotel was easy by car and it has quite wide parking lots under the basement, which was also safe and convenient, costed USD 19.00 a night. The room was clean and good for a family to stay. They serve breakfast separately and I didn't have breakfast due to schedule. They responded quickly and kindly when asked.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Room wasn't clean and very outdated. Bed was stained. Shower didn't drain properly. View was horrid. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. For the amount I was charged it definitely wasn't worth it. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better amenities and alot cleaner. We were given 2 towels for 4 guests. If it wasn't non refundable I would of left straight away. The whole place smelt of weed.
the customer service staff not only provides everything but also gives you all the details you need for your stay- and responds to messages so quickly. we are definitely returning as soon as possible, and will be recommending this place to friends/ family! thanks for such a lovely stay :)
Very nice place, enjoyed the little things that the owner had put in place, snacks, toiletries, even new toothbrushes. Our kids liked it that much that they didn't want to go out for dinner, so we ordered pizza and stayed in to watch a movie. Netflix was an added bonus

location was perfect and within walking distance of the main area. Parking was safe and convenient. Breakfast was functional, but kept well supplied with staff been very attentive. staff were very friendly and polite.
