Our room was very well equipped for a 11-night stay. Microwave, hotplate, fridge etc.
The room was exceptionally clean on arrival and cleaned daily. The cleaning staff are excellent at this hotel. From reception to the doorman, they are doing a very good job.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Steve was very nice & explained the layout of the hotel to include explaining the breakfast and dinner schedule if the on-site restaurant. We ordered room service for dinner and the food was outstanding!

I contacted this place for a refund snd did not get a response.My family and I caught a bug(covid)so we were not able to travel.I am just hoping for understanding and consideration on this matter.
We booked an Oceanview room and it did not disappoint. It is a very old character resort that has been completely remodelled. The room was large and spacious and it had a nice bathroom. The resort is right on the ocean and the view was excellent. The beach itself is beautiful soft sand and perfect for children. This resort has many family activities planned at the beach - lots of beach toys and lounge chairs. We found the food and service in the restaurants very good and the staff overall were knowledgeable and courteous.
The hotel is okay. Nothing fancy and the staff was nice. Since we booked based on a cruise and getting to the cruise port easily it met our needs. I wouldn't stay here again based on it is more of a family style hotel. We are retired and probably would stay in a more luxury style hotel if not for the cruise. Lots of kids, they were having tournaments so it was filled with volleyball teams (teenagers).
I did not like ANYTHING !The room was so bad we checked in and 5 minutes later checked out . Roaches EVERYWHERE! Room fixtures rusted, bathroom unkept and needs plenty of work . In all my years of travel I have NEVER been to a place so deplorable. I am still in disbelief. The pics on the website is absolute fake news ! I could not let my family stay there especially my 1 yr old baby . I would not send my worse enemy there and that is no exaggeration.
