Nicole helped up and was so friendly... the room was nice and clean ..love the barn style doors.on the bathroom.. the hottub was nice and clean we love thel views over looking the lake.. the smors and the evening fire was a nice touch .and the all America breakfast was fantastic and filling.. it was a great way to kick off our summer and my count down to 50

Location and parking are perfect. The breakfast was very good but wish they had hot chocolate, Duluth is always a little chilly at nite. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We have stayed there several times. Wish it was a lower price, but compared to the other hotels it was more reasonable. Its great to have the brewery next door with good food and drinks.

The hotel is a renovated old warehouse. This turn on the century all concrete structure is really cool and very quiet. I'm sure the uniqueness of the building made room design a challenge. Our suite had a kitchen, couch and bedroom. The TV in the living are was on the wall 90 degrees from the couch, ad the couch was 1 foot from that wall. The same in the bedroom. Good thing we had things planned in Duluth and didn't watch TV. We had it on for morning news, that was about it. The breakfast is incredible.
