Since our main purpose was to go to Beach and it's 3 minutes walk to beach, that's why it was very convenient. Parking was challenging. If you want to park in the hotel parking lot than you need to come in early. You can also park on the street which is safe to park. Beach was clean. If you don't want to take your own umbrella than you can rent it for $35/Day.

Modern, clean, comfortable beds and nice common areas. We did use the common areas quite a bit (which highlighted the difference with other hotels we stayed at) for having dinner, playing pool and just lounging. Conveniently located to the highway and north beaches, but farther to the barrier beaches. Breakfast was sufficient. Great overall
