Arrived for a 3 day stay in the hotel. It was ok. the hotel is fairly in good maintenance and has a lot of utilities. the prices are sometimes a bit high but considering Austin it was more than ok. parked on the street for free. not walkable.

I rarely leave reviews but made a point this time - the property is very close to everything and downtown. The neighborhood is great, established, shady, and quiet. The house had such a great flair with mid-century modern touches. I had everything I needed and a cool private enclosed yard patio for my pooch plus full yard beyond that. The shower hose developed a leak and was quickly fixed by a very pleasant gentleman. Also, the home was impeccably clean and updated. I am surprised that this home was so affordable.
