Excellent location very close to the airport. Bridget and the manager were so lovely and had excellent customer services. Security is very good as they monitor people who go in and out and if one not identified, they are checked and questioned before they access the residential. Excellent transport to the city via the express .

An awesome place with very helpful staff. Make your order for food early enough especially the fish which comes straight from the landing site a few metres away. Basketball and volleyball courts should get you working out in the evenings. There's also a child play area with an extensive lawn able to accommodate over 1000 people. My favourite was the balcony strategically located with a splendid view of the lake and lush green nature. Grab your friends and enjoy drinks with games while watching the sunset. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious. Don't forget to carry warm clothing for the cold evenings and repellants.

Their best kept secret is the chef. Food is magical. Their staff also have crazy initiative. Place is quiet mostly, the person who furnished knew what they were doing. It’s easy to spot in Garuga. Reception knew I was on the way. It’s a great escape away from the craziness of the city but also a great place to relax before your flight. It’s 25 minutes it’s to the airport. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Finland
I was in four cities in this trip. I was three first night and last night at the Victoria Rock Resort in this my 2,5 weeks long journey. It was an excellent start for this journey as all in the staff (around 15 people) were smily, friendly and really helpful. It was easy to discuss with them also longer. Size of the basic room was good and it had an balcony with a view to the lake. Also there was well closet space to clothes etc. I am vegetarian (not vegan) and I had as a breakfast omelet, fruits and coffee. It was great that you had chance to have breakfast in a beach restaurant (40 meters from hotel's entrance) or in spacy inside restaurant. Location was good for me next to the beach and it was only 1,5 kilometers to biggest shopping mall. Trip to city center was only four euros by uber or two euros by boda-boda. I will stay here again if I do return to Entebbe.
