The equipment and the overall condition of the appartment is good. Check-in process is easy if you not forget your appartment number because the security speaks no other language then russian/ukrainian. The owner was worried that the appartment will be not warm enough, but we reached actually 20 degrees easily. On colder days it is advised to bring an electric heater. You can go swim to the nearby hotel.
