I like a big room, bathroom, sleepers, TV set. The location is not bad too -- near the road but it's not noisy and the air is fresh. But the counterpane on the bed was a bit dirty and old. And one of the two chairs was unstable. :(

Actually looks better then on the photo There is one restaurant with wine and appetizers at the first floor, and second with all meals five mins away from hotel. I stayed here with my girlfriend. Perfect place to unwind amongst nature without leaving Kyiv. The staff was very helpful. I really liked the house and waterfront view.
