It’s a lovely resort that starts with the beautiful and friendly reception area and welcoming atmosphere experienced during our stay. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was very good, fresh and on time. The location of the hotel is great. Beautiful facilities including a recently opened 15-meter outdoor pool complimented by the indoor pool and spa. Our room was very nice and well equipped with all of the essentials and a fantastic mountain view.

The host Natalia and also her staff were very helpful and friendly. They let you feel like home. Rooms very clean, location perfect, food very good. The staff went above and beyond. My wife was sick upon arrival so I needed to leave her for a while and get our four year old boy out of her hair for a few hours. The owner/manager looked in on her throughout our stay.
