My hotel experience is beyond my expectations. Louisa-customer relations and Kishu, Andess at reception were always professional and helpful. They always go above and beyond for me and the group. All my personal requests were always met. The breakfast Buffett was always plentiful. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned and with a different towel displays daily. Best stay ever and I would highly recommend this hotel to all friends and family. This hotel value their staff and it shows. They are always happy and love their jobs as I had observed.
