Hotel is super-clean and well-maintained, nothing broken or frayed anywhere. Breakfast is included - small individual portions (not a buffet, possibly because of the pandemic) - but very tasty and great coffee. Even so, the fantastic staff is where this hotel shines. Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

Hotel is slightly further as expected (about 8mins for me) - need to walk straight ahead and turn left (see 7-11 store) on 2nd traffic light, continue walk straight ahead u see Starbucks, hotel is next to it. Alot of eateries around hotel. Unisex hot spring jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna room available at rooftop - nice!

Location was good. In the heart, near a onsen park, just beside. Plenty of food around location too. Just that hotel is difficult to find. It was located beside a restaurant. Fairly new place, very clean. But very wet weather in Yilan. No boiling flask in room, as there is hot/cold water depenser. But Owner quickly lent hers to us as we travel with baby.
