I went out-of-season and at times felt like I had the hotel to myself. There were definitely more staff than patrons. So they were happy to oblige with any request. The room was lovely, well appointed and clean, and the location is beautiful. Within a 10 minute walk or couple of minutes drive you can reach six different beaches, dozens of places to buy food and drink, including the excellent bar on the beach operated by the hotel. Being on a hill means you get beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The apartment was cosy. We had kids so we had to move things around to avoid anything being damaged. Lovely staff and the host was very accommodating to our requests which was greatly appreciated. Complementary non alcoholic wine was a welcoming gesture and options to purchase drinks if you did not feel to head out. The kids loved the pool. The location was quiet. Worth going back but without the kids this time
Breakfast and dinner was really good, but the lunch from D Bay grill was exceptional. The whole ambience of the resort was nice. Will definitely visit again with my kids.
Room, dining and amenities were perfect. Architecture and design of building was extraordinary. The surrounding nature was like a paradise! The pool was well designed and kid friendly.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great with the all-inclusive package. The food was very tasty with a variety of options. Restaurant staff was very helpful and pleasant. Pool was very nice, the kids enjoyed it. The beach is a very nice beach. Entertainment was also good.
It was really a home away from home or even better, the ambience was rather breathtaking with the view of the wildlife. It was calm with the essence of safety, my children enjoyed the pool. The apartment was clean and I will highly recommend anyone to stay at Tropical Apartment on their next visit to Tobago.
I liked everything about my stay it was so relaxing and peaceful. Listening to the birds. Easy access to everywhere. My husband enjoyed the ripe mangoes alot. The pool was great. Gillian is so nice and friendly. Hope to visit again with my children.
Buffet breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Beds were comfortable and air condition worked great. Location was perfect and food tasted great. Employees were polite and helpful. Pool was child friendly and clean.
