The hotel is in a beautifully renovated traditional house. It’s only a few minutes (200 metres) walk into the old bazaar. There’s a fantastic view of the old town from the balcony.
Murat, his family, and all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
There’s a fridge full of free cold water, plus free tea and coffee (and a kettle in the room). The breakfast is cooked fresh and served at your table. It's the best breakfast in Turkiye, with so much variety.
There’s also a free transport service to and from the bus station.

Beautiful historic Ottoman house in a perfect location to explore Safranbolu on foot. Fatih and his family are the loveliest hosts who made us feel like we were staying at a friend’s house.
The staying is an experience. The old fashioned house is exaclty how one would expect it, and the charme is all. Our room had a big bathroom, and it was rather confortable. The breakfast is really good, with something different every day. The 'staff' (the owner's family) is incredibly helpful. If you drive there, don't be afraid of the narrow roads, and try to avoid the village centre, few steps away.

It was great pleasure to meet the owner as soon as we stepped out of the car. After a very warm welcome and quick property tour we were treated with turkish coffee at the scenic terrace overlooking the old town center. Breakfast was delicious outside. Great location close to the town up with breathtaking view of the town. We loved this family run property with its charm, cleanliness and character. Each room is a bit different but quite authentic. Also, the service and staff was excellent.
The guesthouse is strategically located in the old town. The tranditial house is nice. The host and his family is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. It is value of your money. The room that we booked is big and comfortable too.
