Everything was great! The host was very welcoming, the room was clean, lots of hot water, washing machine, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, balcony, and one minute walk to the beach. We would return to this place again. Highly recommended.

Disappointed for the choice made. I chose a hotel unit with a high score, 9.5. From check in surprises. The parking "next to" with payment, was hundreds of meters away in the conditions where the undersigned uses a cane to move and no one from the staff offered to help. Very irritated because I expressed my displeasure. The beautiful garden, as small as a palm, clean swimming pool, as big as a basin. But what do we do when we don't stay in the garden or in the pool, but in a room. Room, old furniture, heavy smell of status, covered with lots and lots of perfume. Please see the photos, you will understand what I am talking about. I left the comment for the customers but also for Booking.com 9.5 score, it's a shame!

Parked right outside. Luggage carried to our room. Large room, clean. Very friendly staff. Very approachable, brought drinks to us by the pool. Excellent evening meal, very fresh.

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
The private beach is excellent with the water being shallow quite far out which is great for kids.

Rooms were clean and comfortable (great shower). They supply lovely toiletries in the room. The conditioner is fabulous!

Everything was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful, variety of food options and the quality of food was superb, facilities everything was perfect, we stayed with the family and supper happy with this facility and the service provided, will definitely be back, highly recommended
The food in the main restaurant was excellent. The hotel service was perfect, the people were all very friendly. Our children liked the different activities of the hotels.
it was our second time back after last year, and we enjoyed it even more. especially life guards at slides, the service at the main restaurant, kids club (especially Cigdem - the duo master!) and help by reception staff to accommodate a meeting room last second was showing above and beyond commitment to customer happiness. also big thank you to trainee Yagiz who is doing a great job at the pool bar. we'll certainly be back for years to come.
Exactly as described in the pictures or even better!!! Facilities were very clean, room was cleaned daily, and the food was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and professional and made my stay memorable. I went alone this time but I’m definitely coming next year with my children. beautiful venue!!!!! and people!!!!!!
