Their staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and they pay attention to every little detail. Rooms and hotel decorated beautifully and they have everything you need in the room. Towels were clean and soft, they have extra towels for you. Sheets were clean and pillows and bed was comfortable. We have stayed at sea view suit and it was so nice to wake up to sun and sea view and chill on couch we had in the room. Clean pool and seperate child areas also very great as we wanted to have a calm holiday and rest without kids screaming and crying so we really appreciated to have adult only pool area and beach. Food was great by the pool restaurant also the special coctails. It’s worth to visit Turunç just for this hotel, as there is not much else to see or do around hotel but hotel offers anyways all you need.

The apartment was as expected. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cem, the manager was very nice. Dursun and Shermeen cleaned the apartment every day. I don’t know the names of the kitchen staff but the food was excellent. The bar staff Ahmet and Berat were brilliant but I have to say Ahmet was our favourite but Berat was the better Bilardo/ Pool player 😄😄 For us Scots the air conditioning was a bonus. I don’t swim much but my brother loved the swimming pool. Turunç ıs a small place and the apartments are located near to the top of the main strıp. Nowhere is more than a 15 or 20 minutes walk so no need for Taxıs.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved the resort atmosphere. The location was amazing. Some staff were exceptional, like Uygar in the animation team, and Devrim at the Kalispera Bar was fantastic.
We had a great time as a family and would definitely return.
The entertainments were good. Location was great. We liked water sports and performances at night. Stuff were almost friendly. Last day one of the kids was sick with diarrhea and they gave us late check out, free of charge

It's not a super-luxury resort but it's exactly how we wanted it to be and the price was very fair for what we got. Good rooms, amazing views, decent food (not luxury - but we always had something good to eat). It's a family-oriented resort but it works for all types of travellers. It has one or two bigger pools and more smaller pools for every building which is very nice because you can choose between more noise or more quiet. We'll definitely visit it again if the price to quality rate stays the same.
The resort is very big and therefore their is lots to do for families aswell as couples.
The view of the ocean is out of this world. All staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to help and facilitate us.
There is lots of organised entertainment for children aswell as adults.
The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing! I would give this hotel 10/10 and can’t fault it any way!
