Waiting 20 min for the bread and having a cold egg in the end, was not as expected. But the location was beautiful, at least we enjoyed the view whilst waiting for our never coming bread.

The Attention To Detail is remarkable in this hotel. From personal attention to food to ambiance - phenomenal. The staff at the kids club were really great. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their time spent there .

Where to start - the entire experience was phenomenal. The food was outstanding; the service top-notch; the gardens and pools stunning and immaculate. We went with our three young children and everyone was so kind. The service extended from arrival to departure and I could not have asked for more.
Pretty much everything. It was the last week of the season so things were winding down but the service was still fab and the hotel looked beautiful.
The kids had loads to do and the options for relaxing and flood/drink are outstanding.
