Perfect place for relaxing and skiing. Hotel is at 2200 meter and next to ski and other mountain activities. We were welcomed warmly and checkin was smooth. They offered free coffee as welcome drink as it was -3 degree when we reached. Rooms were nice and comfy. Hotel facilities are top notch - spa, swimming pool (including ourdoor), restaurants. About pool, We can go from inside pool to outside pool (warm water) and it was snowy and that made our day and visit successful. Food and drinks offered in restaurants are reasonably priced not inflated due to Mountain. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit turkey.

Serkan, from the front desk is an exceptional friendly and helpful person. He is the epitome of what Turkish hospitality is all about. I came for 1 night and stayed 4. We spent hours talking, drinking tea or coffee, and making it feel like I was living in an apartment meeting my friend downstairs for a smoke when he wasn't busy working. He even made sure my bicycle (I was on tour around the world) was secured in their basement for safe keeping. The bed, comforter, and towels were 5* quality. I felt I was under paying for such comfort. The location is a short walk from the downtown area and Bazar. Serkan also opened the 7th floor balcony for me so I could take pictures of the mountain from one of the best viewpoints from the city in my opinion as a semi professional photographer.
