Gorgeous location by the river and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Large, very clean rooms with a great view. Very peaceful. Stayed here twice, before and after visiting Koh Kood, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Very friendly and helpful owners
Lovely neighbourhood and location, around 10-15 minutes’ leisurely walk into town for food & markets. The day and night markets were both fascinating and the lanes of Trat were really interesting to walk around. It felt like a safe area to walk around as a family.
We hadn’t expected breakfast but this was included as part of our stay which was lovely.
Tin (owner) kindly arranged a taxi transfer to Laem Sok for our boat to Koh Kut which arrived exactly as planned.

This property is a nice little place in the city centre of Trat province. It’s very well equipped with all you need. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. I love the fact that it has a dining area so that we can hang out before we actually go into the bedroom. It’s spacious and comfortable for us three. The location is also very good. Trat is such a small city so you can get around places quite easily from this property.

It's my best experience in months in Thailand.
The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful around the nature.
I used as a place to rest after the road between Rayong and Trat , on my way to Koh Kood .
And i was really stunned by this hidden gem .
It's a little bit outside the center of Trat but Tina and Joe will help with everything if you need ( car/bike rental , taxi )
Just go and you will never regret your stay in the homestay of Tina and Joe.

We were at Rock Sands in November/December 2023. We have the family and the staff were helpful and very nice. My son had to go to the hospital and the owner gave his car to his employee so that he could drive my son there.
We were driven to the taxi on departure because it was not possible to walk there with luggage and child due to the high water level.
We felt very comfortable and are grateful for the nice holiday. We will come back
Small, peaceful and cozy homestay with only three rooms. Host Boi and his family are welcoming, friendly and very humorious people! They have bicycles for free to use, it´s very clever way to explore the city. FYI, If you are planning to travel Koh Mak island, Boi offers accommodation there also.
Very very good price for this nice hotel with pool. There is a water slide and kids area at the pool - big plus when you are with kids. Staff kind and helpful. The restaurant nearby Hapa is very good and fair price. They had live music, which was a bit loud. Rooms were clean and nice beds.
Nice guesthouse run by a lovely family with very nice and well educated children. They speak very good english and go out of their way to make their guests happy. Highly recommended!
