We stayed three nights and had breakfast at the lounge which was perfect even if we were told that main restaurant offer even more variety. Rooms on executive floor 32 just excellent with turndown service and such care from the staff. The staff was really helpful, smiling, polite and service minded in a natural way and some that really stood out were; K Wawa, K Aof, K Fluke, K Mod, K Rung, K Lak, K Cindear, K Mind, K Kukkai and K Claire. The direct access to the BTS station Surasak and the easy access to Rama IV when leaving with car also super comfy and easy for us when heading south back home.

good location as central but traffic a nightmare. nice big lobby. clean tidy. comfortable and good gym and pool though never in the sun.

It was a nice, fancy yet cosy place. Every area was planned out well and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was just nice and suited our needs and fancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful even with the limited understanding and spoken English. Good location, walking distance to 7e, the BTS stations, eateries and massage parlours. They even had Harbourland next to it where kids could play and even have guardians service to watch the children

The location is both a good and bad point actually. In the heart of Chinatown, I loved it!

The lady who made my check-in was very nice and smiling. With very limited english, but she made her best with Google Translation.

Fantastic home stay in a local Bangkok neighbourhood. Kate and her family were very friendly and spoke good English. Lots of public transport connections and food options nearby. Can highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the tourist traps.
