The Warehouse Chiang Mai, hotel in Chiang Mai

The Warehouse Chiang Mai is situated in Chiang Mai, 400 metres from Warorot Market, and has a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge.

We stayed in a superior double. The rooms were really spacious and bright with good size balconies and large super comfy beds. The bathrooms were really clean with no mold (which we have experienced a lot in Asia), shower pressure was excellent and they provided body wash, shampoo AND conditioner (which is definitely not the norm and greatly appreciated). The pool was large and always clean with plenty of sunbeds/space. We also used the internet a lot with no problems, great speed. There is a communal are by reception with free tea, coffee and pineapple biscuits to! It seems like it is quite a way back on the map but actually it is a 5/10 minute walk to the east gate depending on your speed which is where the Sunday walking market is. There is also plenty of restaurants etc along here too. We extended our stay here and ended up being there for a week, we then came back again for a night on our way back from Pai, this time we had a standard double and all the above still applies. Massive shout out to the reception and cleaners who were always so willing to help and had a constant smile. Genuinely just a really nice place to stay.

A very functional hotel in a good location. Didn't really like the style of the rooms, not my taste. Very minimal and reminded me a bit of an IKEA showroom. It must have been school holidays when I was there as there were loads of families with kids staying. Pool small so felt crowded even with very few people there.... and a lot of unsupervised noisy kids which didn't make for a relaxing time around the pool.

A contained little oasis away from the hussle and bustle of Chiang Mai. Inside the facility is very tranquil and it is like you are in your own little place of paradise. The staff and family are very friendly and nothing is ever too much to ask. The tour to the nature park was brilliant and the cooking class was so much fun with the kids. Well done!

We booked the family room and it was very spacious. We had two adults and two children and didn't feel cramped. The bath was great for our young kids. Air con worked and was a refreshing relief. Pool excellent, though it quite deep. The breakfast was lovely, it had all that we needed including cereal, toast, pancakes, eggs, sausages. The location is 10/10 in the old town, so close to restaurants, cafes and sights.

Was so nice as a family we was so happy. kids club is good and swimming pool (a bit cold) but all good, Good location, easy to find, close to shopping center. Staff was helpful. The room is clean but I could be cleaner specially on the windows in bathroom. (On our first day we have hands step on the windows, hard to see if it not with the smoke from the shower we also didn't see it) btw everything is so nice and was so happy to stay there. Hopefully will be back to stay at this hotel again soon.

Our stay could not have been better. Totally recommend this place for Families The place is strategically located to the main temples of the city. We are a family of four, and we got the room with the 4 beds. Kids had a blast having their own "mini room" climbing the ladder to get to it. That was really fun The place was super clean. The staff and owner were super kind and very communicative. 100% recommend this place!

Shangri-La Chiang Mai is the perfect destination for those seeking a luxurious stay that offers great value for money. Nestled in a prime location, it provides easy access to the city's charms. The service is impeccable, and the facilities are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience. While the addition of a separate kids' pool would further enhance its family-friendly appeal, the hotel remains an unparalleled choice for both leisure and adventure.

When we arrived it exceeded our expectations, 5 star place but felt so relaxed and family friendly. All the staff were so polite and sweet with our baby. It is a 20-30 min walk from night markets and busier areas but we didn’t mind that at all. It has a very relaxed atmosphere which we loved! Breakfast was great with good balance of western and Thai food as well as made to order coffee and egg. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The complimentary craft activities were a wonderful touch.
