The hotel is beautiful. The location is great, there is a very nice market just around the corner where you can buy almost anything. The pierre to use the ferry is also just there. Absolutely fantastic!!! We loved Chann. A great location, felt very authentic walking through the community area rather than being bang in the centre with all the high rise buildings. The staff could not have been more helpful, so lovely. A particular thanks to Tylan (I hope I got that right) who went above and beyond to help us with everything. The room was amazing! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable space, loved the nice touch of games in the room. The staff was so kind to us, the room is above a casual tiki themed bar with a comfy atmosphere, and delicious food (we tried the rice porridge and taco cones, they were amazing)! Walking distance to grand palace, wat arun, etc. We spent the last 3 nights of our month long trip here and it really wrapped everything up in a beautiful bow! Cannot wait to come back!

It’s few minutes away also to Khao san road and Rambuttri alley for shopping and loads of restaurants to choose from. 7/11 convenient stores are also few mins away where we also buy liquors if we want to drink in our room + the ham and cheese sandwich is so good in 7/11. Hotel amenities and breakfast are very good. We liked the pool and our kids enjoyed the fish pond. Hotel room Room is a bit small and old but the service and staff are excellent so it’s not a big deal. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we’re happy with their service. They were fast if you need something or you have requests like cleaning the room.
