The location and cleanliness is good. I stayed for circa 15 nights in total. The reservations department are very slow... Im trying to book again.. but they dont seem to want my business. Will book elsewhere. Disappointed... I would definitely stay again.. but some departments maybe need reviewed? Follow up and respond to customers, guys.

It was a nice, fancy yet cosy place. Every area was planned out well and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was just nice and suited our needs and fancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful even with the limited understanding and spoken English. Good location, walking distance to 7e, the BTS stations, eateries and massage parlours. They even had Harbourland next to it where kids could play and even have guardians service to watch the children

It was a great stay, everything went smoothly and the stuff was very nice, welcoming and accommodating. Internet and breakfast were great.

Amazing stuff, great facility and architecture. When came by in the morning, they offered me towel to take a shower, even before check in and I could sleep while waiting my check in. After a long night flight, it was an excellent welcome. Another great offer was the staff companions who can be happily join your city tour without expecting anything in return which was very helpful and fun.
Staff were very friendly. My family and I were unfamiliar with the area and were unsure how to get to our desired destination, however the staff were able to assist us with our concerns.
The apartment is very cool. I can't describe its beauty. The nicest thing is the owner of the apartment who helped us. I give him all my thanks. it's great.
There are a lot of shops, such as Seven Eleven, a wonderful cafe, a wonderful massage, a laundry, a pharmacy, and many shops .. The metro is very close .. I spent 26 days and did not want to leave the place .. I am sure that I will return to it again
