Wish I’d read a review like this before booking. The pool villas have zero natural sunlight. We had to pay a nightly extra for a villa that was completely public but that had sunlight. All in I saw three villas and each of them was filthy dirty and incredibly run down, stained and poorly maintained. Two of the bedrooms in our third villa had a very unpleasant smell. All the flooring was warped and the basic services of hot water and internet were intermittent at best.

Beautiful grounds in a quiet and scenic hillside area, but only 12 to 15 minutes ton everything in Hua Hin. We had a three bedroom villa that was roomy, well-furnished, and gorgeous. Each of the three bedrooms (two were king bed rooms, one a twin bedroom) had their own access and their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms had a jacuzzi bath. In the middle of the rooms is a large private pool area secluded from outside view. It has a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi pool and the large swimming pool. Also there is a separate onsen (hot springs) pool. The rooms were totally quiet. Their is a separate very large living area and fully equipped kitchen with a huge dining table. The parking lot is large and parking is no issue. There are golf carts to take you to and from your rooms if you chose. Breakfast is basic but with goof quality. Khun Arm, the manager, and her team were wonderful and looked after us very well! .

We stayed for 3 nights in this amazing villa and enjoyed every second of it! The pool was fantastic, large and comfy rooms, good wifi, amazing kitchen and all in all amazing property! The owners were great help and were available whwn we semt a messege and even sent us a phone charger we forgot at the villa back to bangkok. Will definitly come back here for the future Hua Hin stay, highly recommended!
