Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the room is great, the nicest bathtub I’ve ever seen! The view of the 3 countries is really nice, you can see the elephants from the pool. The food was very good, exceptional breakfast. The experience with the elephants was unbelievable!

    The location and setting of the hotel was very pleasant. The view from the room was very nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Despite having a non-refundable booking, the hotel allowed flexibility with dates due to travel disruption caused by Covid-19 restrictions. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant.
