Location was chosen to be near the airport for an early flight. It was a very poor area, little to offer and nothing to do.
Breakfast was poor, I was offered a western breakfast which consisted of 2 fried eggs, ham and salad! I would have much preferred a Thai breakfast of noodles!!

The location and cleanliness is good. I stayed for circa 15 nights in total. The reservations department are very slow... Im trying to book again.. but they dont seem to want my business. Will book elsewhere. Disappointed... I would definitely stay again.. but some departments maybe need reviewed? Follow up and respond to customers, guys.

The views, the staff, the room. Amazing outlook, staff are excellent. Breakfast was epic. If you want amazing views and service, stay here. They totally made an effort to a knowledge our honeymoon, and for that, we are thankful.

It was a nice, fancy yet cosy place. Every area was planned out well and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was just nice and suited our needs and fancy. Staff were very friendly and helpful even with the limited understanding and spoken English. Good location, walking distance to 7e, the BTS stations, eateries and massage parlours. They even had Harbourland next to it where kids could play and even have guardians service to watch the children
