Great saltwater pool, spacious room and amazing water pressure in the shower. The family that owns the place is quite lovely and provides a great value for money. Breakfast consisted of mainly toast bread and some processed jellies, and a few savory Noodle and soup dishes as well. It was perfect for a night! AC functioned well and Wifi was strong enough to carry on a video call with clarity and a clear connection.

Jack and Bua have built a fabulous house in the fishing village of Klong Wan - and are now sharing it with guests. We had one of the four rooms on the top floor with fabulous views over the harbour, mountain, sea and sunset. Everything works - and is kept clean. Wifi is good throughout. There is a comfortable airy communal space on the 2nd floor with big tv, sofas and kitchen area for tea/coffee and snacks. Excellent fish restaurant just next door and other restaurants/noodle shops/coffee bars in the town. The Ministry of Fisheries research station just along the road has extensive grounds with plenty of space for walking among the trees - and extraordinary topiary. There's also a lovely temple nearby. The beach in Klong Wan is not good for swimming but you can walk to Ao Manao beach in about 35 minutes. Jack and Bua are excellent hosts and will make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay

It was an excellent place to stay, the hosts were a young married couple, they spoke good English, and we're helpful in everything, the breakfast was lovely, and different each day. It was a slight walk, but everything was easy to access, myself I love to walk so it was ideal, I would go back there in a heartbeat, and their assistant, was a lovely lady, always busy, delightful place 👍
