The staff was very helpful. Check in quite easy and straightforward in the lobby. We were offered to choose between different accommodations without any extra charge. This resort will let you feel living in the nature without any compromise on confort. All windows have mosquito net and we found everything from soap to towels and spare blankets. Everything was clean and properly mantained.
