The property is spacious, convenient and relatively well-maintained. It is situated away from the noise and tourists crowds, yet close to some nice beaches, shops, etc. Better have your own transportation, otherwise it would be difficult to move to place as there is nothing within a walking distance. The hosts were nice, instructions easy to follow, all communication run through WhatsApp smoothly. The pool is really nice, they clean it every day. We went during the low season and we hardly met other guests, so the place was quiet and very peaceful.

Honestly the people who complain just expect Far too much for the price. Everything was fine for 1 week, we had 4 Adults staying and you can’t expect things to be absolutely perfect unless you’re paying a premium price, response from the team was fast and brought us a broom when we asked and took the trash away Daily. plenty of cups, plates glasses and cooking equipment Everything is very clean, Smart TV with Netflix Etc if needed, Location is Actually very good for me (if you have a car or bike) the people who complain about location just need to do more research, and maybe book somewhere else if its not the right location. In the 3 bed house 2 beds were soft 1 was quite hard but personally it didn’t bother me and it’s actually quite good for you Its Very Clean and more than acceptable for the price

Self contained studio up in the northerly part of Phuket, within a residential area called Mission Heights, away from tourist areas but easily accessible by car to any activities you partake in. Our hosts Dietmar & Noony communicated promptly to all of my enquires & offered suggestions on places to eat nearby. My husband did a month long triathlon training program at nearby Thanyapura & found it easy to cycle to & from the facilities. I was there for 12 days & hired a car. It was only a 15 minute drive over to NaiYang beach on the north west coast, 45 minutes to old Phuket town, 15 minutes to Ao Por Pier where I did a big boat outing with Amazing canoeing & 30 minutes to the Green elephant Sanctuary (which is a must do activity). If you’re looking for a shopping experience Phuket central is only a 35 to 45 minute drive depending on traffic. Laguna & Boat Avenue are about 25 minutes away. The Green Pizza restaurant was a great place to stop for a bite to eat after our mornings at thanyapura. Staying at Thalang Pool Villa was a pleasant experience. I nearly forgot to mention Honey, the family dog who came to visit most days which was a bonus for me being a dog lover 🐾😊

We had a lovely time staying at the Villa Tha Maphrao. The food was excellent and Peter was very friendly and helpful as well. The location is pretty close to the airport, which is convenient, and also not far from Ao Po Marina which was important for us. It's off the beaten path and quiet, which we also greatly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable and the villa area was well kept and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
