The hotel is well located and central. The beach is great. There are some restaurants near the hotel and it is about a 10-minute walk to the Chaweng shopping area. There is parking space for cars and motorbikes. The staff at reception are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are small but modern and well equipped. There are connecting rooms. The hotel, although small, is harmonious, it feels like a little Eden.

Beautiful accommodation in a great spot in Chaweng. We stayed for our honeymoon and are so glad we did, we were provided with a complimentary bottle of wine and dessert which was really nice. The service was fantastic including choice of soaps, body lotion and pillows. The rooms came with complimentary fruit and nuts and a turn down service with tea delivered each evening. They also have an arrangement with a local motorbike hire company so you can hire and collect from the hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. The beach set up with free paddle boards and canoes to use was great, the staff also bring you ice water regularly and even fruit and fruit juice at different times. We also had a really great experience dining on the beach at the tent restaurant, the food was really nice and the view even nicer.

Such a lovely hotel! Beautiful rooms, 2 pools with comfortable beds. They bring you several free little snacks and drinks during the day when you spend your day at the hotel. Lovely staff! We were a bit scared because of the reviews about there being a buildingsite next to the hotel. But don’t let it keep you from booking: you will barely notice. They made a fence between the driveway and the buildingsite. When at the hotel or in the rooms you will never notice because it’s too far away from there.
Breakfast also really good! Love it when you have a few a la carte options next to the buffet such as French toast or freshly made eggs.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
It is a nice resort and valuable for money, but not the best. The owner do not talk that much, except for their kid who is managing the outside pub, he is really nice and friendly. The position is perfect if you wanna chill and pretty close to everything.
The place is really new and clean. The design is just incredible, playful and fun. Breakfast buffet was really nice as well. Bed very comfortable. Nothing to complain about.
We stayed in a beach front bungalow for a week. Beautiful, peaceful location. Bungalow although basic are well kept and clean.

Family who own Beers bungalows, kind and helpful, nothing is too much bother.

Absolute lovely place . We payed £9 a night and stayed in the back bungalows , was very scenic rooms had fam and shower was ok . The beach is on your door step and very relaxing area and nice bar with cheap prices . plenty of food and other shops within walking distance (10 mins ) , family was lovely who ran the place . and met some nice people at the bar . will be staying again kap . The location is great, everything that you need is within walking distance. They don't serve food but there is the New Hut Bungalow next to them and you can have their breakfast, lunch, or dinner. On the ring road is a nice Thai restaurant, which serves good and priceable food. They keep everything clean, the beach was perfect for kids, clean and the water was not deep! Would recommend this place for family and friends.
Love the concept of having a house full of apartments. nice pool on the top, rooms are different so I guess it depends in which room you end up.
Great location; walking distance to the beautiful Crystal Bay nearby. Also Family Mart & 7/11 nearby. Quiet area, only 2 cute dogs who will guard the house and are up for a cuddle :)
Communication was great and easy, overall recommend :)
