Everything was exceptional; however, the cleanliness could be improved. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly. Although I don’t use it, it should still be cleaned thoroughly. But overall it was great stay at this property, location was great; and I really liked breakfast.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with 4 people. Bedrooms very spacious both with ensuite. Small kitchen area and a separate living area with wrap round balcony. Rooftop pool with a small bar. Lovely breakfast with great coffee and separated egg station. I had a wonderful time and left feeling like I was part of the family. It is more of a home stay than just a hotel as the owners and family live on the beautiful grounds. Do take the cooking class as they will take you around the property and show you all the wonderful things they grow on site (Thai cherries, star fruit, ginger, many many herbs!) They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen where you will prepare the dishes for your meal.
The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Just walk past the gate and you feel like you are in the country far from town. There is a stream that runs throughout. A beautiful swimming pool. They have a pet water buffalo, Kunai which means Diva in Thai. At night there is no noise of any cars or traffic - all you hear are the frogs and insects making the most beautiful night music.
My visit was extended because I caught the flu and they took such wonderful care of me, bringing soup and ginger tea to my room. Judy and her family are kind, caring warm hearted people. I definitely plan on returning.
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
As I had a little child with me, we ate every noon as much as we could with a good variety of food:) all included, the same thing of drinking water. He played with a box full of toys, it helped during the brunch. Customers were friendly polite and attentive with super smiles. As about the room, the bed was very comfortable. Large table, large closet, large transparent doors.
Very good position, closed by Karon Beach and 10 min by foot from Kata Beach. The staff was friendly and kind. The swimming pool has a nice size. The Bistro of the hotel had very tasty food at an affordable price. Most importantly, the room and the common areas were super clean.
Excellent spacious apartment, which provides everything for a comfortable stay:
dishwasher and washing machine with drying function, plenty of storage space, capsule coffee maker, huge TV with soundbar, new silent ceiling fans, high-quality mattress, comfortable large terrace and huge bathroom, lots of little things and consumables for everyday life.
Take care of this home and treat it with love, just like its owner does!
Affordable and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are large and had all the necessary bits - fridge and air con. I got the sense that it was an older hotel so everything was a bit dated but I didn't mind it provided that everything worked as needed! Intrigued why it's so highly rated, it was super solid but not mind blowing - definitely good value for money. The continental breakfast was huge! Lots of options for food from western to Thai.
the rooms were big and very clean. Also the bed was very big + comfortable. Staff was really friendly! Also the boss is very open, friendly and funny. We had a really good time
I got a good deal with buffet breakfast. Very affordable room. Staff are helpful esp Khun Oi. Housekeeper are honest we forgot our walkie talkie and they kept it for us. Location is very near to main road and beach. Highly Recommended. Will stay again
