The VELO'S Hotel and Pumptrack, hotel in Aranyaprathet

The VELO'S Hotel and Pumptrack has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Aranyaprathet.

Great swimmingpool and good place to stay before crossing the border of cambodja when arriving by train. We saw real horror stories on internet to cross the border but all in all, it took only less than 2 hours from this hotel (who ordered the tuktuk for us), crossed the border and obtained a visa and 1km walk to our taxi pick-up point in cambodja.

Compared with our first stay, the staff was not very helpful and interested to provide Support. Surprisingly, the Breakfast ist described as "Good" but far beyond of it. They present Pictures (no chance to find out WHAT ist shown) from which you can choose what you want. Your CHOICE will be served in Plastik boxes, delivered fromm somewhere outside.

Extremely good location for an early morning crossing into Cambodia, a minute leisurely walk from the train station and the same to the border. Room was fine, basic but nobody is going to be staying here for more than a night, so clean and function is fine.

The location was perfect for an early border crossing. 2 minutes walk to the checkpoint. Other than that, a basic functional hotel

I wanted overnight accommodation near the border. I got there late, there is a family restaurant just around the corner with good food and a variety of drinks, it is close to the Thai/Cambodia border. It is motel style not hotel. Very clean and well looked after. It is away from the city and has a good host.
