Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Absolutely amazing 5 star breakfast buffet with breathtaking views of the volcano. The hotel gift shop is a gem And the coffee shop with the various treats is delicious. It is definitely Family friendly. It is kept sparkling clean. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming.
Amazing staff that accommodated my family with access to our rooms early after a long red eye flight. The rooms were very clean and each had great A.C.. The food was made fresh to order. The location is perfect for local eats and drinks. We can't wait to return.
The only thing I didn’t like was the way breakfast was served . I find it it much better when breakfast is served as a buffer. I felt those ladies were serving a child portion . At least they should served am adults portion for breakfast not a child’s portions
Great location in lively, and safe area of San Salvador (Zona Rosa) with lots of good eating places nearby. Apartment easy to find. Condo has 24 hour (armed) security. Single room and bathroom is off laundry room with family living in other part of apartment. Good value as a crash pad. Family very welcoming.
On a positive side, the residence was in a great area and building staff always willing to help. The owner, who never made time to meet us, appeared friendly on the telephone/WhatsApp. There was a functioning Washer and Dryer which was handy and appreciated.
We booked the family room which was very big, exactly what you need for a large group. The room also has a large luggage room and large bathroom which was much appreciated. Tasty breakfast also provided by the kind and helpful staff. Nice common areas too with watercooler. Also, the hotel provided us with a very reliable, affordable and honest taxi driver who took care of us for of our entire stay in San Salvador.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. And they had Netflix installed in the room tv, so I could watch movies with my children at night and had fun together.
I needed a late check out and they supported us very friendly.
