The host was very helpful. He explained what to see in the area. There was a place in front of the house where you could make a fire and he prepared everything for us. He was easy to reach and very friendly. We received a bottle of wine and a lot of information about the Vipava valley when we arrived. ! We liked the neighbourhood and the views of the valley, it was so quiet and peaceful. You can sit on the veranda and watch the hills, villages and greenery in front of you. There are two houses, the third one will be finished soon. You can park your car next to the cottage. Nice bath and even a sauna. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

What an amazing spot! We loved everything about our stay at Villa Katerina...the views, the pool, the bbq area. The house is so well equipped, we didn't want for anything. The spot is at the end of the road (except for the church which I don't believe has services any more) and the privacy was basically complete. 5 stars, and we'll likely be back
