The owners are extremely welcoming, charming, and attentive. They are truly adorable.
The father of the family makes incredible goulash and cabbage soup, not to mention the homemade bread with chia seeds, which is absolutely delicious.
We had breakfast and the mum made very tasty pancakes too, and you can taste fresh goat cheese and their own honey.
The room was comfortable and spacious and it gets warm relatively quickly.
A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Solčava, Boutique rooms Pri Rogovilcu is a guest house surrounded by views of the river.

Perfect location to explore Logarska dolina and this wonderful part of the Alps. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There are tables and long chairs outside to relax after a long and strenuous day of hiking.
Indeed the place is located just next to the (main) road to Solčava, but there are not many roads around so that’s the case for many other accommodations. However the area is quite remote and there is not much traffic. Also the room was well soundproofed.
The breakfast is optional but was excellent and made using fresh local products. I highly recommend to try it out.
The host knows very well the area and can give you good recommendations on where to go or hikes.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Get a taste for homemade juice and coockie. The house is wonderful and full of elaborate details. The apartment is clean spacious and with a good kitchen. Great location to go road trip via panoramic road to Logar Valley.

We have visited Alpes during many years but this was our first time in Slovenia. From now on, Slovenia will be our first option in the future. The hotel has a family atmosphere and the staff is lovely. They speak English and Helena also in Spanish. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy hiking, adventure sports, etc. There is a supermarket besides de hotel if you need a picnic

Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
Beautifully kept quirky property (musical instruments on walls and making parts of furniture) with incredibly friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. Little stream outside the kids could splash in, beautiful views, excellent location. Rooms immaculate and loved the balconies to relax on.

Very thoughtful and friendly host and her family. Provided clear instructions and gave tips to visit the surroundings with the family. Kids enjoyed the idyllic playground on the property (with a little zip line and cute ducks) by the river. Fabolous Slovenian breakfast. Comfy beds, clean rooms. We highly recommend it and will definitively come back!
Beautiful authentic family run hotel in a marvelous park offering breath taking views on the mountains. Ideal for hiking and mountain bikes. This inn also have a very good restaurant at very affordable price (3-course dinner at 17 eur!) with outside terrace. Our only regret is not having spend ore time there.
