Only 5 km from the Slivnica exit of the A1 motorway and 2 km from Fram motorway, the family-run guest house Gostisce Golob is 4 km from Maribor Airport at the foot of the Maribor Mountains.

For one night stay it is ok - location great (near highway, in the middle of our journey) but we didnt like the city - noisy, not much to do … We liked the small playground for small kids very much

We stayed for a single night in a family room, 2 adults 2 kids. The room was spacious and the 3 beds were comfortable. It was quiet place. Shared toilet and shower were clean and ok. Good breakfast prepared by the owner. It has plenty of parking. The host was very friendly and helpful, speaks good english, He gave us directions to go for a walk to visit the town and castle. You can have good Slovenian beer and talk with the owner at the bar.
Excellently decorated and modern house in a quiet location in nature. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, the beds are very comfortable, the hammock above the living room is fun for children.
The host prepared homemade apple juice and apples for the welcome.
Wonderful and peaceful place and surrounding, good food, kind people and not expensive, beautiful garden and plants, good for small children, possibilities for sports.
