Absolutely massive apartment that is probably the best equipped we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and lots of space. Parking on the driveway and a few minutes walk from a lovely viewpoint and the town. Owners are lovely and helpful too. An ideal base for the area and a short drive to Bovec.

Everything was exceptional; the owner is warm and welcoming. The apartment is stunning — spacious, clean, modernly furnished, and situated in a charming, peaceful area with breathtaking mountain views. The nearby Soča river is simply gorgeous. The beds are comfortable, and the windows are equipped with insect screens. The bathroom includes a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary appliances, and it even has a contact grill. There are also games and toys available for children. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful gifts, and the children received a nice farewell gifts. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Historical building in the town center. The room was confortable and the bathroom looked brand new. The price was an august price: so very little to say. Very easy to reach Kobarid and Bovec.

Great location, there is a forest around, an ideal place for walks and cycling on the plateau. Excellent location as a starting point for visiting Kobarid and Tolmin and the surrounding area. The apartment is very nicely decorated, homely and clean with all the necessary accessories. If you need a retreat from the crowded everyday life, this is the ideal place. The owners are a young couple, helpful, friendly and hospitable, you couldn't ask for better company here. I enjoyed my time here with my two children.
We spent 3 nights here, and we were very satisfied with the house and the place where the house is situated. Children were happy to go and play in the garden and at the river. We could talk a lot with hosts, and they were very friendly.
