Breakfast buffet was amazing - one of the best we've had. Beds were super comfortable. We liked the homely feeling with lots of plants, paintings, books and interesting objects in the hotel and restaurant. Fun playing shuffle board in the morning. Transfer bus from terminal was very welcome at 1AM.

We got first a room next to the elevators and I really didnt like it because we wanted to sleep and not having this noise whole night with people coming an going… they change the room immediately when i asked at the reception. They were really friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is ideally located a few minutes tram ride away from Central Station. There's a tram stop outside the hotel. The hotel is child friendly and clean and beautifully decorated. Each floor had a theme with information about how the hotel came to be, and the original owners' travels and passion. The food was fresh with a wide selection, catering for different pallets. The kids loved it, especially the slide inside the hotel. Staff were polite, attentive, and quick to respond to requests.

Cozy little house with very friendly owner, who provided us with lots of usefull information for the 2 days we spent in Goteborg. The house was clean and the kitchen well equiped.

The hospitality was good. The staff is very prompt in responding to your requests.
The room was clean. The location is serene and picturesque. Splendid views from the room and the balcony.
Very good if you are in small groups of friends and family.
When I saw all these bad reviews, it was already too late to cancel the booking.
And I was surprised that in fact it was not that bad as described. Do not expect the Luxury Spa Hotel at that price range. It is a simple accommodation for one or two nights. It is basic but clean and has some potential.
